I know exactly who you're talking about. Damn it, I knew he seemed like a psycho. First thing's first, who's Okuyasu's friend? I need his name and hex code to find out what exactly happened.

The plan is come to me, so good job. Realistically, if something like this is persistent, we'll have to bring it up not just at the defense force meetings, but at those meetings at city hall people want to keep up. In the short term, though, I'll address it. If that doesn't work, we'll go from there.

Don't worry about it or spread this too much, but don't go near that guy, either. It's not that I doubt your strength or anything, but I'd rather see what he's about first.

Haha, are you worried? I'm going to have a little talk with him. He's got three strikes. Threatening to cut my stomach open, stepping on Dextera like he's some kind of doormat, and now this? Don't worry. I'm not going to kill him. Hopefully I won't even have to rough him up.
